All calculators and estimation engines provided by REKVR (including Adoption Tax Credit, Solar Payback, Septic Tank Sizing, and Section 179 Depreciation) are provided for informational and educational modeling purposes only.
REKVR.ai does not provide licensed legal, tax, engineering, or medical advice. Actual outcomes depend on individual taxpayer circumstances, IRS filings, local building authority inspections, and verified surveyor assessments.
3. Referral Transparency & Contractor Matching
When you request quotes or submit intake forms, REKVR acts as an autonomous routing protocol, connecting you with third-party accredited contractors or specialized CPAs. REKVR may receive commercial referral compensation from fulfillment partners upon successful lead dispatch.
4. Intellectual Property & Open Standards
The RFC-002 Intent Recovery Protocol specification, OPS 2.0 invariant equations, and edge decompression chamber engines are proprietary intellectual property of the Sovereign Venture Studio. Unauthorized scraping or impersonation of our verification seals is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall REKVR.ai, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on estimator outputs or agreements made with third-party contractors.
